By installing, accessing, or using the Elvia application ("Elvia" or the "App"), you are entering into a legally binding agreement with ElviaDev. This Elvia User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of Elvia. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.
Elvia is accessible only to individuals who are 17 years of age or older. When you start using the App, you confirm that you meet this age criterion. Any use of Elvia by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
When using Elvia, you must:
· Abide by all local, national, and international laws and regulations.
· Not engage in any activity that infringes upon the rights of ElviaDev, other users, or third parties.
· Avoid uploading, sharing, or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates moral standards.
· Do not attempt to modify, hack, or otherwise manipulate the Elvia application or its underlying systems.
· Ensure that your actions do not cause disruptions or negatively affect the functionality and performance of Elvia for other users.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle your personal data. By using Elvia, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
ElviaDev retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Elvia, including all associated intellectual property rights. You are only permitted to use Elvia for personal, non - commercial purposes as permitted by this Agreement. Any other use, including commercial exploitation, without the prior written permission of ElviaDev, is strictly prohibited.
ElviaDev has the authority to:
· Deny access to the App for users who violate this Agreement.
· Suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of the terms.
· Remove any content that does not comply with this Agreement or is considered inappropriate.
Elvia is provided without any warranties. ElviaDev shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost data, business interruption, or any other direct or indirect losses, arising from your use of Elvia. You use the App at your sole risk.
ElviaDev may update this Agreement periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or within the App. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement regularly. Continued use of Elvia after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
